The case is entitled Cohen, et al. v. FedEx Office and Print Services Inc., and is under review in the San Bernardino County Superior Court for the State of California.
Class members do not have to pay the lawyers out of their own pocket as the terms of the settlement calls for the attorneys to receive $510,000.00.
